Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hosting, domain, and related services (the “Services”) provided by HB web hosting (“we”, “us”, “our”). By ordering or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

2. The Services

We provide virtual private server (VPS) hosting, shared hosting, dedicated and reseller hosting, domain registration, and related add-ons. Features, specifications, and pricing are as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Services are provided on a prepaid basis for the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • We accept major cards and cryptocurrency payments. Crypto payments are processed at the exchange rate quoted at checkout; network fees are your responsibility.
  • Invoices are due on the date shown. Overdue invoices may result in suspension and, after a grace period, termination and data deletion.
  • Prices exclude any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Prohibited uses include spam, malware, phishing, denial-of-service activity, and any unlawful content or activity.

5. Uptime and Support

Uptime commitments, service credits, and support response targets are described in our Service Level Agreement.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, made available at checkout and on request. Domain registrations and cryptocurrency processing fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Your Content and Responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of the content you store or transmit through the Services and are solely responsible for it.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may provide backup features, you must keep independent copies of important data.
  • You must keep your software patched and secured. You are responsible for any activity originating from your servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, branding, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services without refund if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your use threatens the security, stability, or integrity of our network or other customers. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
